What OEM Manufacturing Means in Practice
OEM means we produce garments to your design, your spec, your brand. You provide a tech pack, reference samples, or brief. We develop patterns, source fabrics, cut and sew, apply your branding, and ship.
You own the design. We execute the production. Your brand goes on the label. Our factory name doesn't appear on the garment.

Tech pack, reference samples, or detailed description. We review and respond within 24 hours.
Quotation
Itemized price within 2–3 days. Unit price, sample cost (credited to order), lead times.
Sample Development
Fit sample in 2–3 weeks. One revision round included. Sample cost credited to production order.
Pre-Production Approval
Approved sample, fabric swatch, trimmings, label proofs, size specs. Production starts on your written approval.
Production & QC
45–60 days. Inline quality checks at cutting, sewing, finishing. AQL 2.5 final audit.
Export & Documentation
Packed, labeled, FOB Guangzhou. Full docs: CI, packing list, COO. We coordinate with your forwarder.
