What is the minimum order quantity for hotel uniforms?
MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style. Multiple styles can be combined in a single order. For some simple styles we may accommodate smaller quantities — contact us to discuss.
Do you handle complete design from scratch?
Both options supported. ODM: we develop garment design to match your palette. OEM: we manufacture to your exact spec. Either way, design and patternmaking are included at no extra charge.
How do you ensure color consistency across garment types?
Pantone color referencing as standard. Physical color swatches sent for approval before production begins.
Can you accommodate both male and female programs?
Yes. Separate male and female patterns with proper gender-specific grading, XS to 5XL.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Wise. Standard: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
How long does a full program take?
Design 3–7 days, sample 7 days, revision 3–5 days, bulk 25–35 days, shipping 5–30 days. Plan 8–12 weeks for a full 5–6 department program.
