Equipment Specs Are Easy to Copy. Experience Takes Years.

The honest answer to "why does your quality hold up?" is not the pressing equipment or CAD system. It's the cutter who has been setting sleeves for eleven years and knows by feel when something is wrong.

We've invested in building a workforce that stays: competitive pay, clean facilities, internal promotion pathways, and an apprenticeship program running since 2010.

"An experienced worker on a poor line creates quality anyway. We invest in both — but we know which one matters more."
