Senior patternmakers with 10-20 years in tailored outerwear. CAD and manual grading.
Dedicated sample team. Skilled in interpreting incomplete tech packs.

Rather than poaching workers from competitors, we develop talent internally. Each year we take on a cohort of apprentices through a structured 18-month program.
